2. Our Service
MicroNFC provides NFC-enabled digital profile cards and medical bracelets. We offer a platform to create, manage, and share your digital identity — accessible to anyone via a smartphone tap, no app required.
3. Your Account
- You must provide accurate information
- You are responsible for your account security
- You must be 13 years or older to use the service
- One person per account
4. Acceptable Use — You may not:
- Use the platform for illegal activities
- Upload false medical information that could endanger others
- Impersonate another person
- Attempt to hack or disrupt the service
5. Medical Data Disclaimer
MicroNFC is not a medical service provider. Medical data on your profile is for emergency reference only. We are not responsible for medical decisions made based on this data.
6. AI Chatbot
The AI chatbot responds based on information you provide. We are not responsible for AI responses. You can disable it anytime from your dashboard.
7. Physical Products
- NFC cards and bracelets are physical products shipped to you
- Refer to our Refund Policy for returns
- We are not responsible for damage after delivery
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
